The hotel and room was as I expected.
The desk clerk was slow, cold, and unfriendly. As I struggled with my luggage, not one person offered to help me through the doors.
Hotel and room was nice. Staff (what I saw of) not helpful-cold-unfriendly.

Poor service & would upgrade room for more money.
The beds are uncomfortable. The night staff was unfriendly and they gave us the poorest quality room and farthest away. I ask to pay more money to up grade our rooms and they wouldn't, even though there were not ten cars in the parking lot and they were no whereas near full. I won't stay there again,. ...read more
